The machine — rumored to be priced around $503.62 (400 pounds)  is a much bigger upgrade from the previous Xbox System that was released some time ago. Why, you ask? Let me break it down for you.

The machine’s radical abilities:

*Can change channels by command of user using the machine at said time interval.

*Doesn’t require much training.

*Controls every media need one could imagine in the living room.

*Monitors your movements, and learns what you do using your media equipment in the living room.

The machine obviously has LIVE TV integration which is something that may put Microsoft front and center in the technology war; something that Apple Inc (surprisingly hasn’t done yet).

According to a note delivered to Judge Sherry Stephens, whom is presiding over Jodi Arias’s death penalty proceedings — the jury in the case is stuck. Daily News has learned that the jury is reportedly stuck, and cannot come to a unanimous decision on whether or not Mrs. Arias should be sentenced to death.

The jury has been sent back to deliberations, and a new decision is expected to be announced later this afternoon (CST U.S TIME).

Stephens,  suggested that each juror write down the law and facts in which might help their final decision. In any case in which the jury may become deadlocked, a new jury will be chosen to make the decision.
